Kil’jaeden was the only who imprisoned a orc shaman and it was in the helmet arthas wears in the frozen throne,not the frostmourne,just once arthas touched the frostmourne thats when ner’zhul thought he would make his move,so the voice comes from the frostmourne but Ner’zhul was trapped in the frozen throne in the helmet…

xD lol zomg…Kil’jaeden an archdemon of BL took a shaman’s soul and imprisoned it at Frostmourne(a legendary sword or sth).Then Arthas(which i dunno if he is a paladin,but i guess he maybe is)found Frostmourne and the soul of Lich King found his best servant(^^),so Arthas became a Deathkinght.

i won’t proceed in details about the role Illidan,Sylvanas and the others were playing,’cause the text won’t fit in the box

original lich king was a shaman, who merged with arthas, a paladin who became a death knight, so its like the three most OP classes 2gether lol

1-the deathknights are once great paladins that were ressurected in a form of darkness despair and evil

2nd in Arthas’s case being consumned or taken by evil may make you a deathknight

they are warriors that were made for The Lich King and the Lich King only!

besides, the Lich King’s Physical form came from Arthas
