it’s still great vs warlock teams in 3s so you can avoid a spell lock

My I use two turn evil macros one specificaly for ebon gargoyles and the other is mouseover

The ebon garg one is handy and so simple
/target ebon
cast turn evil

I used to use it with the turn evil glyph but that is when locks were doing thier stupid burst dps double dps stuff last season. I would not use that glyph now.
