The fastest way to level in WoW is to have atleast the 2 heirloom items that grant an xp bonus.

From there you would use you a high lvl character of your own or have a friend run you through instances till about lvl 67.

Its at that point that my friends and I use Joana’s guide. The guide gives you an order to do only the quests that grant the most xp, enabling you to level really fast.
