As a semi pro war3 player myself, I cannot see the usefullness of necros in solo. All there spells can be dispelled and each race has fast dispels. A skilled solo player with normal scout will never be in a situation where there is no time to get dispelling.
Although Lucifer was top 1-2 when he was best, I still like fov’s style of undead.

In solo you will never see tauren made by orc. And Necrowagon doesnt work vs tauren tech at all, as sw owns necro.
You are perhaps talking about low skill solo without micro or FFA matches.

just coming from EGWC and shaked lyn’s moon’s and Remind’s hands. I confirm that moon’s hands looks more like roots :p 2 much NE maybe?….anyway they are cool and nice guys….and no english at all for the first 2…

btw, i supported moon but he had no chance at all (2-0) turtle rock + echo isles

I am your average war3 player but I dunno if its the macro inbetween the battle micro or what but more and more in these replays I notice huge mistakes (Ciara vs Rohjinwook, replay from Feb ’10 comes to mind) like switching attack focus on half killed units instead of using tab to constantly keep HP bars up and kills the reds. Gets frustrating when you see these high level players not 1 hit or cast a ranged nuke to shit on a low hp unit.

the undead anti magic is NOT the anti magic potion of the elf which makes them immune to spell damage

undead spell shiels makes it suck up spell damage and does not make them immune

crota’s wc3 commentaries are godly and i i dare say it better than his sc2 commentaries

@xxIFNTxx They use it. Using Necrowagon.strategy. They generally own Orc but the Orc can counter with wave tauren chieftain or tech to tauren.

@xxIFNTxx It’s been almost two years since I played Warcraft. Maybe they don’t use them any more, but they used to use them now and then–mainly for the frenzy and cripple, but skeletons were nice if the opponent didn’t have time to get sufficient dispelling. I can distinctly recall several games where Lucifer himself used necros to great effect. To be honest, I’m a bit amazed he still plays. I used to watch almost every game of his because I love his style. He and Insomnia were my favs.
