He seemed a little bored, he could improve that, he was sighing/breathing heavily a lot, might just be a cold or something but if it is boredom, that’s somethign to improve, otherwise very helpful and a nicely put together commentary/guide.

Have you ever tried replacing the points in Reverberation into Elemental Warding, 8% reduced damage if you put two points into it will help your healers out a lot and as you said, shamans have lower health than a lot of other classes.
