I saw someone was selling Filtered Dreanic water last night on the AH and decided to find out where he was getting it. After some trial and error, it turns out Anacronos is no longer guarding the entrance to the Caverns of Time.

The water blows away crystal water and IMO is worth the price. There are also SEVERAL jewelcrafting patterns scattered all over Azeroth ready to be purchased. You just have to hunt them down. They are world dropping as well. Someone on my server snatched one ouf of SM yesterday.
Also, if you REALLY can’t wait, you cango to Everlook and buy a jewelers kit and a simple grinder.
