lol @ your spec it doesn´t make any sense at all..? you can´t spam lightning bolt at all… maybe in bgs but like i play 2.4+ atm not really high im new to elemental but mostly its the cc/positioning and the timed burst with your teammates.. not the spamming of an lb.. but nvm..

You really shouldnt specc Elemental Precision, go for the further right talent in Restoration instead, you earn alot more in every way if you just go for hit ring and then some reforges if needed to hit.
